Digital Products (eBook & Audiobook)
Digital editions are reviewed for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Because digital access may begin soon after purchase, refunds are not automatic once delivery has begun. That said, we do review legitimate access issues, duplicate purchases, and material problems with the order.
If you experience technical trouble or believe your order was processed incorrectly, contact us and we will work to make it right.
Refund Situations We Review
We may approve a refund in situations such as:
- Technical issues preventing access to your purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Material mismatch between what was purchased and what was delivered
Paperback Products
Paperback editions are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Returns and refunds for physical books are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please direct all paperback return requests through your Amazon account.
How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe your order should be reviewed:
- Email us at support@thebookofpook.com
- Include your order number and email address used for purchase
- Describe the issue clearly
- We will review your request within 2 business days
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for many purchases. For digital content, that right may be waived once delivery begins, depending on the consent provided at checkout.
