If the book is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain yourself, and you keep nothing we need back — the files are yours either way. One refund per customer.
You can also read the free sample and the reviews before you pay, so you know the voice and the material first.
Digital Products
Digital editions are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee above. Email support@thebookofpook.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No reason required.
We may decline repeat requests from the same person or address where the pattern suggests the guarantee is being used to obtain the books for free.
Refund Situations We Review
We may approve a refund in situations such as:
- Technical issues preventing access to your purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Material mismatch between what was purchased and what was delivered
- Other genuine issues that we verify in good faith
Paperback Products
Paperback editions are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Returns and refunds for physical books are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please direct all paperback return requests through your Amazon account.
How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe your order should be reviewed:

- Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
- Describe the issue clearly and mention what you already tried
- We will review your request within 2 business days
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
EU and UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, that right only ends if you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where that consent has not been given, your 14-day right stands regardless of anything else on this page.
These statutory rights are in addition to, and are not limited by, the voluntary guarantee described above. Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the consumer law of your country.
