All eBook and Audiobook products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the content with others.

3. Paperback Products

Paperback editions are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. All shipping, returns, and customer service for paperback purchases are handled through Amazon's policies. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or fulfillment issues with paperback orders.

4. EU Digital Content Directive

For customers in the European Union: By consenting to digital content access at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived once digital delivery begins, as provided under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Intellectual Property
